Dog-Sitting Suite

At Give A Paw Canine Wellness, LLC, we offer a holistic approach to your dog’s overall Wellness experience. We promote a harmonious mind-body connection for further physical, social, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional development. In our Wellness Suite offerings, we focus on these Five Foundations: Comfort, Companionship, Nourishment, Play, and Purpose.

 

Note: For most of our suite of Services, we offer a 10% discount at every stage when purchases are processed through our website’s payment portal. However, with a few unique offerings such as this one, we have built in generous prepaid options, lower pricing, and other PAW-CKAGES that are equally cost-effective!

 

Time: For the 24-and-More Service, dog-sitting is at the pet parent’s home. We stay over with your pup or pups for at least two nights, and up to six nights! Special consideration will be given to extended time away beyond one week. Dogs will receive their usual special care, food/water/medication, their walk routine, play time, and potty time. Visits to the vet or groomer are part of the Service as needed. This Service must be scheduled three or more weeks in advance.

 

Training: Pet parents may opt-in for daily Training for one or more dogs. We teach new skills, for example, teaching your dog to choose a toy from three being offered, and to retrieve the same one each time when cued. For maintenance of previously learned skills, perhaps your dog has mastered loose-leash walking with no pulling, but they have been mainly off-leash in open space with you for a while and could use a refresher for when you are crossing crosswalks and around cars and other dogs.

 

Discount: After three overnights, the remainder of the 24-and-More Service is discounted 10% per 24 hours, 10% for any training per dog, and for and other animals being looked after.

 

For the final day, it is considered a 12-hour shift with a base rate. It is also discounted if it is after three overnights.

 

Note: This is NOT exclusive time at your home every minute of every day. We see other clients during standard business hours, typically 10-4. However, we do NOT see other clients at dinner time and overnight, nor do we have another 24-and-More Service at the same time or overlapping during the same calendar week. We also do NOT do Same-Day Sitting or Overnight Services during the time we are committed to your pup or pups. In short, during daytime hours, we work with our regular clients, but depending on your dog or dogs’ needs, we can choose the baseline “away” times such as 2-4 hours, or 3-4 hours, which most clients experience positively.

 

24-and-More: This service is for at least one dog, but up to three will be considered depending on their ages. Minimum stay is two nights, and maximum stay is a week. A 10% discount begins on the fourth day. Longer stays will be considered. The benefit your dog or dogs receive will be our devoted attention and care, stimulating exercise, cognitive challenges, quiet time, play, and plenty of snuggles. Training is also offered. Pet parents receive “Pup-Dates” with photos, videos, and a reportage of the day’s events

 

Note: Other animals (cats, chickens, turtles, fish) will be considered for additional rate.
